We process orders within 2-4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In-store pickup is available at our New Bedford location. You can check the status of your order with the tracking number provided in the email notification. If you haven't received your order within 15 days, contact us.
We accept returns within 15 days, with a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs deducted. Refunds are issued as a gift card for future orders from our store. For damaged items, email us with your order number and a photo. Contact us for any further questions.
