We process orders within 2-4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In-store pickup is available at our New Bedford location. We accept returns within 15 days, with a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs deducted. Refunds are issued as a gift card for future orders from our store. For damaged items, email us with your order number and a photo. Contact us for any further questions.
